Adam


Adam is the Managing Director of Haig Property. Adam started his career in property nearly 10 years ago and hasn't looked back since. Adam moved to Milton Keynes in 1988 and has watched the city grow into the bustling multi-cultural metropolis that it is today.
Adam understands that every client and every home is not the same and requires an individual approach. From the first meeting, Adam likes to understand the key driving points behind wanting to move, let or, renovate your home. Providing a clear and concise plan on how to help achieve your goals!
Adam is married with four children and two dogs. He has set up home right here in Milton Keynes because this city is a wonderful place to settle down and has so much to offer, Adam wants to help you find your happily ever after.

Daryl


Daryl has joined the Haig team and taken the position of head of sales. Daryl brings with him nearly 15 years of estate agency experience. Daryl has been involved in almost all areas of property sales, including shared ownership starter homes, all the way to executive homes above £1.5m.
Daryl nearly didn’t take a job in estate agency in 2008, as he didn’t feel like he could be a ‘typical agent’, but he’s glad he did, because he found that he loved listening to customers and learning about what was most important to them for their home move; he then found he had a natural ability to understand this and provide the right, tailored service to buyers, vendors, developers and housing associations, just by doing what was agreed from the outset….it can be simple, right?
Daryl feels a huge sense of reward from helping with the largest purchase that most people make in their lives and seeing people’s faces when they collect their keys is what has kept him so passionate over the years.
At home, Daryl is married and has 3 children that have put him through his paces over the years; two boys and a girl. They are all sports mad and love NFL, NBA and especially good old home-grown football: Daryl plays as an Offensive Lineman in an American Football team and coaches his son’s football team.

Steven


With over a decade of experience navigating the Milton Keynes property market, Steven Flower brings a steady hand, sharp insight, and a refreshingly down-to-earth approach to every client interaction. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply curious about your home's value, Steven’s local knowledge and honest advice make him a trusted name in the business.
Away from the world of bricks and mortar, Steven is a proud dad to two grown-up children and one teenager in the final stretch of secondary school—so yes, he’s well-versed in negotiation, patience, and the occasional teenage drama. When he’s not spending time with the family, you’ll find him out walking his French Bulldog Loki and Staffy Skye, or making the pilgrimage to the Emirates to cheer on Arsenal. (Please don’t hold that against him—he’s genuinely a good guy.)
